The Mission Statement of PFLAG
(Parents, Families and Friends of Lesbians and Gays) is: PFLAG promotes the health and well-being of gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgendered persons, their families and friends through: SUPPORT, to cope with an adverse society; EDUCATE, to enlighten an ill-informed public; ADVOCACY, to end discrimination and to secure equal rights. The Bellevue PFLAG meetings are held every third Thursday beginning at 7 p.m. in Bellevue, with TEN as a participating organization. |
